Today’s centering and grounding somatic meditation will help you do just that. Somatic simply means being in your body. So, I’ll guide you to become present with the space you are in and your body to come home to yourself and feel a sense of safety within yourself. You will heighten your awareness of your experience to find your center in the present moment.
